Lume transforms the inevitable moments of farewell from sudden impacts into prepared, beautiful rituals, and we're glad you're here to preserve your most precious memories with us.

1. Your Access to Lume

No login required: You do not need to register, create an account, or log in to use Lume. You can start using all core features immediately after opening the app, no personal information required from you to get started.

You are free to use Lume for personal, non-commercial use anytime you want, and you can stop using it at any time without any obligations.

2. What You Can Do With Lume

• Track the full lifecycle of your relationships from their peak to fading moments, and get insightful relationship health reports to help you nurture connections that matter to you.
• Create dedicated, personal farewell archives, and set preparation progress bars for your unsaid words and undone things, so you can approach goodbyes with peace instead of regret.
• Store all your precious photo memories with secure local storage on your own device, and enjoy immersive slideshows with dynamic animations to relive your favorite moments.
• Manage your interactions and get gentle reconnection reminders for connections you want to nurture again.
• Unlock premium features through our optional integrated coin system: you can earn coins for free through regular daily use of Lume, or choose to support our development team to get additional coins to unlock more features.

Lume's serene space with floating particle effects is designed specifically for peaceful emotional reflection, and we work hard to keep the experience calm and ad-free for core features.

3. Your Control Over Your Content

All of your personal content, including archives, notes, and photos, is stored only on your local device. We do not collect, upload, or access any of your private emotional content. You can edit, export, or delete any of your content at any time, full control of your memories always stays with you.

4. Shared Guidelines for Our Community

To keep Lume a warm, safe space for everyone, we ask all users to follow these simple guidelines:

• When you share feedback or reach out to our team, please approach interactions with kindness and respect.
• Do not use Lume to store or share any harmful, offensive, or abusive content that hurts others.
• Do not misuse our coin system or try to break the app's functionality for other users.

As Lume grows and adds new features, we may update this agreement occasionally. When we make changes, we will post the new version in the app's about section and clearly show the new effective date. If you continue using Lume after the new agreement takes effect, that means you agree to the updated guidelines.
