We built Lume from the ground up to keep your private content in your control, not on our servers. You don't need to register an account or log in to use any of Lume's core features, and we never have access to the personal memories you store here.

All of your relationship notes, farewell archives, and photo memories stay on your own device at all times.

2. What Information We Never Collect

• We never collect any of your personal content: your relationship tracking data, farewell archives, unsaid words, undone plans, and photo memories all stay only on your device. We cannot access, view, or share any of this content.
• We never collect your personal identifying information: no name, no email address, no phone number, no location data — you can use all core features without giving us any personal details.
• We never track your usage across apps or sell any of your information to third parties for advertising or any other purposes.

3. What Information You May Choose to Share

If you reach out to our team for support, share feedback, or contact us directly, you will voluntarily share your contact information (like your email address) with us. We will only use this information to respond to your message, and we will never share it with any third parties or use it to send you unsolicited marketing messages.

4. Your Full Control Over Your Content

All of your content is stored locally on your device, and you retain full control at all times:

• You can edit, export, or delete any of your content at any time directly in the app
• If you delete Lume from your device, all of your data is permanently deleted from your device along with it — no hidden copies are stored anywhere else
• Our secure local storage design means only you can access your private memories

5. In-App Purchases & Third Parties

Lume offers an optional integrated coin system to unlock premium features. All payments are processed through the official app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) that you downloaded Lume from. These third parties handle all payment processing, and they have their own privacy policies that govern your payment information. We never receive or store your full payment details on our end.

6. Updates to This Privacy Policy

As Lume grows and adds new features to help you cherish your connections, we may update this privacy policy occasionally. When we make changes, we will post the updated version in the app's about section and clearly display the new effective date. If you continue using Lume after the new policy takes effect, that means you're comfortable with the updated guidelines.
